Every file is reviewed twice before it reaches you.

Turnaround
How the 10-day family office accounting pilot works
The pilot delivery target is 10 business days after the scope is signed, agreed records are complete and access is authorised. The engagement records the actual due date, responsible reviewer and dependencies. Missing information and changes in scope are recorded before a revised date is agreed.

FAQ
Does the scope cover every entity automatically?
No. The engagement lists the entities, periods, currencies, reporting basis and responsible adviser. Additional entities require an agreed scope change.
Who is this service for?
For CPA, CA and accounting practices supporting family entities and trusts; practice size and entity count are agreed in the scope.
How is turnaround agreed?
The SOW records the due date after the records, volume and access have been checked. The ten-day pilot target applies to the signed pilot scope.
What happens to missing records?
The file carries an open-item log with an owner and a decision needed. Unsupported entries are not treated as approved.
Can we begin with one entity?
Yes. Start with a defined pilot scope and decide the ongoing arrangement after reviewing the agreed output.
