Illustrative structure. The engagement sets the scope.

Scope
Record the terms before work begins.
One entity’s agreed books and one return-review route, with a defined review pack. Price on request. The target is ten business days after the scope, complete records and authorised access are in place.
The SOW identifies entities, periods, volume, software, responsibilities, fees and acceptance. Changes in scope and missing information need an owner and an agreed change process.
Deliverables
Review the proposed output.
Open the fictional P-001 review-pack example to see a reconciliation, proposed adjustment and open-question register. The agreed service determines which schedules your pack contains.
Turnaround
Agree the date and dependencies.
The pilot delivery target is 10 business days after the scope is signed, agreed records are complete and access is authorised. The engagement records the actual due date, responsible reviewer and dependencies. Missing information and changes in scope are recorded before a revised date is agreed.

QUALITY CONTROL
Every file is reviewed twice before it reaches you.
Two accountants work on every file - one prepares it, a senior reviews it - and the handoff pack shows exactly what was checked. Your data stays in your systems.

To your firm
You receive review notes, proposed entries and a handoff checklist. Your firm approves tax positions, client advice and the final filing.
Work is reviewed inside your software under your access controls. We do not sign, file or contact your clients.
