   Documented capability

   Turn working knowledge into procedures, checklists and training notes. Improve the points where work slows down or needs clarification, and keep those documents available to your practice.

SYSTEMS & TIMING

Start with the systems your practice uses.

The scope records your accounting software, approved access and documentation location. La Comptabilité’s confirmed accounting tools include QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage. Tax and payroll assignments use the tools agreed for that service.

Team setup and process improvement have their own milestones. Dates depend on the work, training and access required. A separately scoped ten-day accounting pilot can test an initial assignment; it is not a deadline for completing the whole BOT engagement.
